Studying God’s Word is the way to get to know the God who loves you and has saved you. To that end we have many opportunities to dig deeper into His Word and learn of His love for us. All are welcome. No biblical knowledge is required. Especially for visitors there are no direct questions or expectations that you will bring anything but a desire to learn with us.
Everyone Hid Witness. Every One His Witness is an evangelism program that teaches you to witness to your friends, coworkers, and any other nonchurched people you may know. Using the LASSIE approach to witnessing (listen, ask, seek, share, invite, and encourage), you will learn how to naturally share the Good News of Jesus Christ through relational, contextual witnessing.
Lectionary Readings. What is that?! Each week there are three readings from the Bible in the worship service. The message is based on those readings and how we can apply God’s Word to real world life. This class digs a little deeper into those Bible lessons and give those who attend a bit more insight into the pastor’s goals and ideas for that message.
Women’s Bible study. The women’s Bible study on Tuesday afternoon is beginning a new study. We will be looking at a verse by verse study of the book of Amos, one of the minor prophets. Amos was a contemporary of Hosea and Isaiah.
